  • You must provide clear and complete requirements to me upfront

  • I reserve all copyrights over commissioned artwork, including the right to post the commission on my own social media, in my portfolio, or in future promotion of commissions. If there is a reason you would like the commission to be kept off social media, please let me know!

  • I am granted non-exclusive rights to observe and replicate your own character design, reference material and other intellectual property solely for the use of the Work.

  • You may not make edits or remove watermark without my consent.

  • You may not claim my artwork as your own.

  • Refund Policy

  • NO REFUNDS for any other reason once work on the commission has begun.

  • By commissioning, you agree that you will not issue chargebacks and the refund policy mentioned above will be followed.

Work Process

  • Upon receiving your request, I will reach out for further information and clarification.

  • Once I accept the commission, I provide a full description and price breakdown of the artwork, and request payment via invoice on Paypal, Zelle, or Venmo.

  • Upon receipt of payment, I will begin work. There are two check-ins:

  • 1. Sketch Stage - A rough preliminary sketch to get the basic idea across. This is the time for you to make any major changes such as pose and composition as it is far easier to make adjustments in this stage. I will also provide potential color palettes for you to choose from.

  • 2. Final Draft - This is the finalized lineart/color stage. I do not make large pose/composition changes at this stage but minor changes such as color or detailing can be made.

  • I can add elaborate detail/characters/objects during the first check-in, but they will cost extra and may extend the timeline until the art is complete.

  • Commissions will be completed up to or before 3 months.

  • Timeline varies with complexity of the artwork and my workload.

  • If you are on a deadline and have paid the rush fee, I will deliver the commission by that deadline.

  • I will correct any missing details that were requested from the start free of charge.

  • After you approve the final draft, I will send a high quality copy of the artwork to your email and you are free to post on social media at any time you desire. I do not print copies for customers but you can feel free to print for personal use as much as you want!

FAQ

What programs and hardware do you use?

Clip Studio Paint is my primary software I do illustrations in. I use Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for secondary functions such as creating graphics.
I do all of my illustrations on a touchscreen Surface Pro 8.

What is the difference between personal and commercial use?

Personal Use - The artwork will be used by the client for personal purposes (icon, wall art, printed, phone wallpaper, etc). The client does not make money off of my artwork.
Commercial Use - The artwork will be sold to generate income or used to solicit customers (such as in advertisements or for a YouTube/Twitch/etc. channel).

What is the default file type you send out?

All commissions are digital, and the final artwork file is sent via email. Files are 350dpi, in RGB color, and at a minimum resolution of 2000 x 2000px. I send final copies in both JPG and PNG. If there is another desired specification and file format, I will need to know beforehand.
